It's been good and bad, the head mechanism is a bit loose so starting a bolt is a bit difficult when trying to ratchet the mechanism sticks and doesn't roll/ratchet on the return swing. There was no flex head long shaft model, and there is no emergency disengagement release. If used improperly this tool has the potential to get completely stuck. If you were removing a bolt in a tight space due to the fact the ratchet can't be flipped with a switch and the square drive must be pushed through the middle to reverse the direction. I don't mind flipping the tool around to change direction but the fact that there isn't a release button to deactivate the drive mechanism I can't give this a better review
