Our policy lasts 360 days. If 360 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer returns on international orders. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and order number. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 360 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 5-10 days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Ground Shipping:We offer free ground shipping within the United States of America for all orders. Orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days from when the order was placed.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping costs are based on the total weight of the order.
Please know that all shipping is busier than usual this year. With the closing of many brick-and-mortar stores, people are shopping online more than ever. This is causing a worldwide slowdown in deliveries.
Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control as they effect all mail carriers. We are continuously monitoring this situation and are updating our delivery estimates on our checkout page accordingly. All our orders ship with tracking and you'll receive your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
The standard shipping option typically sees orders arrive within 3-5 business days from when the order was placed. Orders with expedited shipping usually arrive within 2 days from when the order was placed. (Applicable only to the 48 contiguous States of the USA).

No, we do not allow any third parties to resell Olsa Tools products.

If we are unable to modify your order before shipping, you will have to wait for your order to arrive. Once your order arrives we can begin the process of returning the item for exchange.

Product Questions
Unfortunately, we are unable to customize the contents of the 3pc socket holders. The three-piece kits are all packaged the same way and are stored at a fulfillment center, we cannot mix and match them. These kits are offered as a package deal.
We are unable to customize the aluminum rail; however, you are able to customize the length by cutting the rails. If you need end caps for your aluminum socket holder, you can get either a rubber end caps or the locking ABS end caps.
No, they do not come with label stickers.
The magnetic screwdriver holder primary purpose is to organize screwdrivers but you can use it for many different tools like ratchets, extensions, wrenches, etc. The clips are made out of heavy-duty plastic.
