Shipping options

Ground Shipping: We offer free ground shipping within Canada for all orders over $125 except Newfoundland & Labrador and the Territories. Orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days (10-20 business days for rural areas) from when the order was placed.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is weight-based and/or dynamically quoted by our carriers.

Please know that all shipping is busier than usual this year. With the closing of many brick-and-mortar stores, people are shopping online more than ever. This is causing a worldwide slowdown in deliveries.

Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control as they affect all mail carriers. We are continuously monitoring this situation and are updating our delivery estimates on our checkout page accordingly. All our orders ship with tracking and you'll receive your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Local Pickup: For our local customers, we offer a convenient local pickup option. Orders can be picked up from our facility at 3-1807 2 Street, Nisku, Alberta, T9E 0W8 during our business hours: 9 AM-5 PM Monday to Friday. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID for verification. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1 business day. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please collect your order within 7 days of notification. There are no additional fees for local pickup.

When Does My Order Ship?

Orders placed before 2 p.m. ET on a business day will normally ship from our facility within the next 2 business days.

When Will I Receive My Order?

The standard shipping option typically sees orders arrive within 3-5 business days from when the order was placed. Orders with expedited shipping usually arrive within 2 days from when the order was placed.

Where Is My Package?

You will receive an email with your tracking information for your package after it leaves our facility. Please note it is possible that your items may come in separate shipments, the tracking number will be for the first package. When you are signed in to your account you can also view your order history.
