Olsa Tools Refund Policy | 90-day Risk Free Returns

At Olsa Tools, we want to make sure that you are happy with your tools. We know that the quality and durability of our products will stand up to your expectations. That's why we offer a 90 day risk free return policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us through the below form to set up your return. Once your return request is received, we will email you instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Once your package has been received, we will inspect it for damages. Once the inspection is complete we will issue a refund of the original purchase price. This process is usually completed in 3-5 business day after we receive the product. Please allow 2-4 additional days for the return to appear on the method of payment.

International returns are not accepted for any reason.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a online store credit will be issued to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Credit has no cash value and can only be used on Olsatools.ca.

Please Note: Returned products will become ineligible for a refund if the item is not shipped back in the original condition and packaging. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been damaged, altered, or abused.
