Terms & Conditions
Olsa Tools will repair, without charge, any defects in materials or workmanship for the applicable warranty period for the product category, as indicated on the product page and/or in the product manual.
This warranty is valid only in Canada and the United States and applies to the original purchaser or the original gift recipient. Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required. Products purchased second-hand or through unauthorized resellers are not covered by this warranty. The complete product must be returned to Olsa Tools, with shipping costs to Olsa Tools paid by the warranty claimant.
In lieu of repair, or for discontinued products, Olsa Tools may, at its sole discretion, replace the product with a new or refurbished product, provide a comparable product if the original has been discontinued, provide a repair kit, or issue a refund.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. It is void if the product has been misused, abused, improperly maintained, improperly installed, altered, modified, or repaired or attempted to be repaired by anyone other than Olsa Tools or an authorized service provider. Consumable items are not covered by this warranty. Olsa Tools will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a returned product qualifies for warranty coverage.
Except as expressly provided herein, Olsa Tools makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Olsa Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the purchase, use, or inability to use its products. These limitations apply whether the claim arises during or after the applicable warranty period.

Customer Support: Olsa Tools offers support and assistance for customers whose tools are not performing as expected.
Defects in Material or Workmanship: Olsa Tools is responsible for addressing any issues related to faulty materials or poor workmanship, including problems with construction, finishing, and functionality, ensuring repair or replacement as necessary.
Free Repairs or Repair Parts or Replacement Product: If a tool is found to have defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, Olsa Tools will provide repairs, repair parts, or a replacement product at no cost to the customer.
Free Shipping of Repair Parts or Replacement Product: Olsa Tools will ship repair parts or a replacement product to customers within Canada and the United States at no additional cost.
Resolution Options: In addressing warranty claims, Olsa Tools may choose to repair the product, provide repair parts, offer a replacement product, or issue a refund.
Valid Warranty Period: Coverage depends on the product category's specific warranty duration, as stated on the product page and/or in the product manual.
Not Covered
Accidental Damage and External Causes: Incidents like drops, impacts, or damage from transit and weather are not covered.
Consumables: Certain tools and accessories are categorized as consumables and are not covered by any warranty.
Expired Warranty: Issues arising after the warranty period are not covered.
Limited Warranty Region: Coverage is not provided for products used outside of Canada and the USA.
Misuse, Neglect, or Improper Storage: Damage from improper use, lack of maintenance, or storing the tool improperly is excluded.
Non-Original Owners: The warranty is non-transferable.
Non-Original Parts: Use of parts not provided by Olsa Tools voids the warranty.
Normal Wear and Tear: Coverage does not extend to damage from regular use and aging.
Unauthorized Interventions: Calibrations, repairs, or modifications by unauthorized parties are not covered.
Unauthorized Sellers: Purchases from unauthorized dealers or sellers are excluded.
