I would give this a 5 Star rating but I took one star away for a minor complaint. This is a beautiful work of art and I like everything about it except one issue. On the far end, the machining is very sharp. When I hold the caliper in my right hand and try to adjust the micrometer, the end seems to dig into my skin and I get distracted. The ends are so finely cut that leaves a sharp edge. I would like to see a 45 degree chamfer just to remove the sharp edge / corners that tend to dig into your skin. Other than that, I like the large display and accuracy. Well made, great price.
